Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. NuBaCo is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking information will be provided via email when available.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation. Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
